1. Who this notice covers

This notice explains how Jacee Homes handles personal information collected through jaceegroup.com and related property enquiries. It covers buyers, tenants, owners and other people who contact us, with reference to Malaysia’s Personal Data Protection Act 2010, as amended.

Jacee Homes is the property website and brand associated with Jeremy Ck Lee. Property enquiries are handled by Jeremy Lee (REN 82648), with PropNex Realty Sdn. Bhd., Firm No. E (1) 1800. Agency and transaction records may also be subject to PropNex’s own notices and procedures.

2. Information we collect

We collect information you choose to provide through our owner form, WhatsApp or other direct contact. Depending on your enquiry, this may include:

• Your name, phone or WhatsApp number, and email address.
• Your preferred area, property type, budget, space or furnishing requirements, and moving or viewing timeline.
• For owners: property name, area, type, size, bedrooms, ownership information, sale or rental expectations, and your message.
• Correspondence, enquiry references and records of your consent.

Fields marked with an asterisk are required to submit the owner form; other fields are optional. Without sufficient contact or property information, we may not be able to respond or arrange the service you request. The form does not ask for an exact property address or map pin. Please do not put identity documents, bank details or unnecessary sensitive information in the message field.

Technical information may also be processed when you visit, including IP address, device and browser information, page visits and request details.

3. Why we use your information

• To respond to your questions and provide relevant property details, prices, photographs and available floor plans.
• To help shortlist homes and arrange viewings, sales or rental discussions.
• To review an owner’s request to sell or let a property and discuss the next steps.
• To manage correspondence, prevent spam, protect the website and understand how its pages are used.
• Where relevant, to support an authorised property transaction and meet applicable legal or regulatory obligations.

Submitting an enquiry does not automatically publish your property, appoint an agent or subscribe you to marketing emails. If you agree to receive property updates, you can ask us to stop at any time.

4. Your enquiries and WhatsApp messages

Information submitted through our forms is kept confidential and used by authorised team members to respond to your enquiry. Submitting a form does not publish your property or personal details.

After you submit the owner form, WhatsApp opens with a prepared message containing your name, property summary, area, price range and enquiry reference. You decide whether to send it. Your phone number, email address and additional notes from the form are not included in that prepared message.

Other WhatsApp enquiry buttons may include the page title and link so we know which property you are asking about. WhatsApp handles messages under its own privacy policy.

5. Cookies and website usage

We use cookies and similar technologies to support website functions, protect against misuse and understand how visitors use our pages. Information processed may include IP address, device and browser details, pages visited and interactions with the website.

Service providers may process this information on our behalf or under their own privacy terms. You can manage or block cookies through your browser settings, although some website functions may be affected.

We do not sell enquiry information to third-party telemarketers. Some service providers may process data outside Malaysia. Any applicable cross-border data protection requirements remain relevant to those arrangements.

7. How long information is kept and how it is protected

Retention depends on the purpose of the record: responding to an enquiry, continuing a property discussion, supporting a transaction, or meeting legal and record-keeping requirements. Records should be deleted or anonymised when no longer needed for those purposes.

We use encrypted connections, restricted access and security checks to help protect your information. These measures reduce risk, but no website or transmission method can guarantee absolute security. You can contact Jeremy to request a review of information we still hold about your enquiry.

8. Access, correction and your choices

Requests are considered subject to applicable law and any necessary transaction or record-keeping obligations; deletion may not always be possible immediately.
