I’m Jeremy Ck Lee, a real estate negotiator, property owner and the founder of Jacee Homes. I work with buyers, tenants and owners looking for a personal approach to luxury property in Kuala Lumpur.

My involvement in property began in 2019, before I started working as a real estate negotiator in 2024.
I own residential and commercial properties for long-term rental and have experience managing Airbnb properties. That has given me a practical understanding of what comes after buying: upkeep, tenants, rental operations and the decisions owners make along the way.

I graduated with First Class Honours in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from Royal Holloway, University of London, achieving the highest overall average in the final year of my BEng programme. My professional background spans SEO, software and web development, alongside founding Jacee Media, formerly JTech Media.
For a buyer, that means property pages with useful specifications, photographs and a clear route to asking questions. For an owner, it means thinking about how the home is described, photographed and found online. SEO, websites and video each have a role in helping people discover and understand a property.
