Can I enquire before choosing a property?
Yes. Send your preferred locations, budget and what you need from a home. We can begin with those requirements rather than a specific listing.
What should I send if I want to sell or rent out my property?
The development name or area, property type, approximate size, expected price and timeline are enough to start. Use the owner enquiry form, then continue with Jeremy on WhatsApp. You can share photos and further details afterwards.
What is included, and how are fees agreed?
Discuss your property and the work you need with Jeremy first. Confirm the applicable fees, marketing activities and any separately commissioned photography or media work before proceeding. The agreed scope should make clear which services are included.
Will my property automatically appear on every Jacee channel?
We’ll discuss the presentation, channels and scope with you first. A website listing, property video and wider media work are different options, chosen to suit the property and agreed brief.
Can you help if I’m considering a rental investment?
Tell Jeremy your intended use and the property you’re considering. His experience includes residential and commercial rentals and Airbnb management. The discussion can cover upkeep, rental operations and the assumptions you need to check for that particular property.
