Do I need professional photographs before enquiring?

No. Start with the basic details in the form. You can share existing photographs afterwards and discuss whether new images or a video would help present the property.

Can I enquire while the property is occupied?

Yes. Let Jeremy know whether you live there or it is tenanted, and describe the timing and access arrangements. Viewings should be discussed around the occupants and any relevant tenancy arrangements.

What if I have not decided on an asking price?

Leave the optional price fields blank and explain your plans in the notes. The next conversation can cover your expectations and what information is needed before settling on an asking price.

Does submitting this form publish my property?
